Bella Sistah Terri

Ok, so I have been really bad about posting all the goodies that my bella sistah, Terri, has sent to me. She is so talented & I am learning alot from seeing her work. Here's what she sent me at Christmas:

KINIBELLA! I was just about ready to place an order for her when, voila, she landed on my doorstep. Too bad I haven't been able to play with her yet. I need to.....but I guess I should finish my save the dates first, huh? :)

Anyway, thank you Terri. Your emails & gifts have really brightened my day these past 2 months (when I really needed it). I hope to be able to return the favor & will remain your sistah long after our "official" time is up. :)

Tinkerbella

I've had some of these images for awile now & haven't really known what to do with her. So I made this card. :) You can't tell, but I used dimensional glaze on her wings to make them pop.

Resolutions

So everyone has the New Year's Resolution to lose weight. Well, I have some added motivation this year....my beach wedding is in less than 8 months!!!! So, I created this last night to give to my coworker who is my motivation buddy to work out, eat right, etc.

Oh, and another resolution for me this year is to try to use more of my existing stash of craft supplies before going out & buying more. We'll see how long that lasts. :)

Can anyone use some old jeans?

ok, that title sounds a bit scary. I have 3 pairs of jeans that I ripped while stretching them out (shhhhhh, yes, I know how bad that sounds). The denim is still in great shape, so I want to see if anyone out there uses denim in their crafting? I'd be happy to pass them along to someone who could use the material. I hate to just throw it away. Contact me if you're interested.

My hiatus is over!

Well, my fiance's major medical issues seem to be behind us, so I'm back to share my Christmas cards from this year. I have to credit Angela Sgro (her blog is listed in my favorites!) for her wonderful Christmas Tree paintchip idea. I finally used up those old samples sitting in my craft drawer!

My Brother's Wedding

It's this friday & here is the card I made for my future SIL. You can't tell from the scan, but the dresses on the bridal party bellas are closer to the lime green cardstock than what appears.

I also wanted to thank everyone for your notes of congratulations for my fiance & I. I'm still getitng used to saying fiance. :)

I plan on using several more of the ideas in later cards (as I think this breakup will require several cards over a long period of time). Here's what I came up with:
